Traditional Seferihisar Cuisine

With Seferihisar’s Traditional Cuisine Project it was aimed to contribute to the development of tourism in the region by branding different specific tastes in Seferihisar District of İzmir Province and introducing it to the entire Turkey. An atelier has been established in Seferihisar, Turkey’s first cittaslow, women received trainings on Seferihisar’s Traditional Cuisine and share the local cuisine and share experience with visitors. Moreover marketing activities were facilitated for the tastes that became a brand of Seferihisar through the online shopping site:
